TEA TIME
My first venture into tea was trying the Japanese-style green tea - Genmaicha…you know, the one they serve at all Japanese restaurants. From there, my tea shelf just grew. There are thousands of different teas out there, all with unique flavours and benefits to them. It’s an amazing way to get your water intake for the day. A great way to flavour your water, hot or cold for that matter.

This is the bed time tea. It’s also good for a tummy ache. A personal favourite of mine. This tea is caffeine-free, has a soothing aromatic scent to it and tastes of purity.

PEPPERMINT AMOUR

Black tea from Yunnan Province in China, orange peel. With lemon and orange oils.

LA LA LEMON
Black Tea
Lemon tea is a stress reliever. This one I picked up smells like lemon vest with a hint of orange. This is an organic black tea.

GENMAICHA GREEN TEA

There are many types of green tea and I enjoy them all. I happen to have the Japanese-style green tea at home. Green tea is high in antioxidants. Reduces bad cholesterol…just overall great for the body. This specific green tea is mellow and has a slightly different taste because of the brown rice.
