Lettuce Wraps
It’s a great appetizer, snack or meal! Lettuce wraps are making their way through restaurants all over the world. I first discovered lettuce wraps at an Asian restaurant, P.F. Changs. The best f***ing lettuce wraps I have ever had. The taste is just simply amazing. I don’t know exactly what they do to it but ugh. It’s so yummy. I’ve had fish tacos at a place called Rawlicous. Everything is raw there. So my fish and fillings were served in lettuce leaves…t’was quit delicious for everything being raw.
Lettuce wraps are super yummy and super easy to make. I made mine with ground chicken but it can have whatever meat you’d like! Pork, turkey, beef, shrimp…it’ll all taste great.

So to make things simple. I started to fry up the ground chicken first until it was almost cooked all the way. I had seasoned it with the garlic powder, ground pepper, and chicken seasoning.
I then added in the onion, garlic and mushrooms. I made sure everything was cooked well because I was dealing with chicken.
Once everything is cooked, I drizzled in soy sauce to my liking. Make sure not to go overboard as soy sauce can be salty.
Alright. Now wash your lettuce! Make sure to rip your leaves off gently, try not to rip the leaves as they will be your wraps to hold your filling.
You're basically ready to eat. All you gotta do is put the meat filing in the lettuce leaves just like you would a regular wrap. And enjoy it!
